His extensive experience in technology policy and research management includes positions as the Deputy Executive Secretary of the Science and Technology Group of the Executive Yuan, President of the Association of Nanotechnology and Microsystems, and Secretary-General at NTU.

His background positions him well to navigate the complex landscape of industrial R&D and innovation, with key research areas including mechatronic systems, industrial sensing, and digital technologies.
