About Tohoku Farm
Established in 1917 as a thoroughbred breeding farm, Tohoku Farm has committed itself to sustainable agriculture since 1987, utilizing organic practices and recycling horse manure for enriching soil. With approximately 100 hectares of land, 10 hectares are designated for cultivating pesticide-free and chemical-free vegetables, rice, and herbs. They also produce free-range eggs and maintain a self-sustaining farming cycle.
Every year, around 100 different seasonal ingredients, along with wild mountain vegetables and herbs, are delivered to Hotel Continental Fuchu, creating a connection between the rich resources of Aomori and the vibrant dining scene in Tokyo.
