Lazydays Closes Longmont Transaction with General RV to Expand Presence

Lazydays and General RV Finalize Longmont, Colorado Transaction

On June 13, 2025, Lazydays Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQCM: GORV) officially completed its asset sale of the Longmont, Colorado location to General R.V. Center, Inc. This deal signifies the final step in a series of transactions involving three stores which Lazydays had previously announced would be sold to General RV.

Loren Baidas, the CEO of General RV and a third-generation family owner, expressed his enthusiasm about this expansion into Colorado. He stated, "Expanding our footprint into Colorado represents our ongoing commitment to our current and future customers to provide access to premier customer service and endless options for their RVing needs." This acquisition aims to meet the needs of the RV community in Colorado, allowing General RV to continue offering top-notch service and a diverse range of RV options.

Focus on Streamlined Operations
Ron Fleming, the Interim CEO of Lazydays, commented on the successful conclusion of this deal. He mentioned that the completion of the Longmont sale enables Lazydays to concentrate on its core business and streamline its operations. The company’s legacy store in Loveland, Colorado, remains a focal point for their continued service in the area, having operated for nearly a decade. Fleming expressed gratitude towards General RV for a smooth and efficient process throughout the transaction.

General RV’s Rapid Expansion
Over the past three years, General RV has experienced significant growth, nearly doubling its number of Supercenters across the nation. The company currently operates 23 locations in nine states, including prominent ones like Florida, Illinois, Ohio, and for the first time, Colorado. The recent acquisitions of a Supercenter in Mesa, Arizona, and a new facility in Fort Pierce, Florida, further strengthen General RV's market presence.

A Legacy of Excellence
Founded in 1976, Lazydays has constructed a solid reputation within the RV industry, providing not only sales and service but also an exceptional ownership experience for RV enthusiasts. Their extensive inventory showcases top brands and features state-of-the-art service facilities, making them a go-to destination for both seasoned RVers and newcomers.

Upcoming Challenges and Opportunities
With this strategic shift, both companies are looking forward to the potential benefits that this transition may bring. As markets evolve and customer demands fluctuate, maintaining strong operational capabilities and fostering customer relationships will be essential. The competitive landscape of the RV industry presents both challenges and opportunities, particularly as preferences for RV styles and usages shift.

In conclusion, the completion of the Longmont transaction not only reflects Lazydays' intention to refine its focus but also embodies General RV's commitment to deliver comprehensive RV solutions to its clients in Colorado. The collaboration between these two companies is expected to enhance the RV experience for both existing and future customers alike, paving the way for further innovations in customer service and product offerings within the dynamic RV market.
