Born in 1975 and a graduate of Kansai University, Mr. Shimizu has held leadership positions, overseeing support departments, and achieving top customer satisfaction in various business magazines at Dream Train Internet (DTI). After joining Rakuten Inc. in 2003, he worked as an e-commerce consultant, managing up to 600 stores while handling security measures, API integrations, and affiliate promotions. After several leadership roles at FreeBit Inc., he established the membership service "EC Masters" in 2010. In November 2023, he merged with Greenwich Co., Ltd., now serving over 5,000 clients, including nearly 50% of the winners of Rakuten's Shop of the Year 2024.
