Specifically, nearly half (49%) of the surveyed donors aim to increase their donations, driven largely by the strong performance of their investment portfolios and the growing needs within their local communities.

Only a marginal 6% of participants signaled an intention to decrease their giving, often citing strategic pauses rather than a complete withdrawal from philanthropy. It appears that the prevailing economic conditions, political instability, and market performance do influence donor sentiment, with 54%, 41%, and 40% respectively identifying these factors as pivotal in shaping their philanthropic outlook.

Additionally, maintaining strong relationships with grantees (37%) and ensuring consistent support for nonprofits (34%) rank high among donor objectives.

Donors expressed a strong desire to enhance their knowledge, with 45% wishing to understand best practices in philanthropy better. Moreover, involving family members in philanthropic efforts (36%) and measuring the outcomes of their contributions effectively (33%) were also expressed as keen interests.
