His most recent position was as COO and Chief Revenue Officer at Xponential Fitness, where he played a crucial role in the company’s substantial expansion and guided its transition to the public markets. He was instrumental in managing operations across nine different brands, serving thousands of franchise owners throughout this period.

Prior to his tenure at Xponential Fitness, Abramson served as President of D1 Training. During his leadership, he helped scale the franchise system substantially, which culminated in its acquisition by Princeton Equity Group. Throughout his extensive career, he has been dedicated to building operational systems and support structures designed to ensure the success of franchisees, as well as enhancing long-term enterprise value.
