Nadaman and ONODERA's Unique Seafood Bowl Collaboration
In an exciting culinary collaboration, Nadaman, a prestigious name in traditional Japanese dining, is partnering with ONODERA Food Services to unveil a new food experience featuring expertly crafted seafood bowls. This unique offering will be available at both the Yokohama Nadaman Hinkan and the Umeda Nadaman Saryo starting October 3, 2025. This venture marks the second phase of their partnership, blending the strengths of both brands.
A Fusion of Tradition and Innovation
The new seafood bowls will be served alongside two previously launched establishments: the "Sushi Ginza ONODERA Shinjuku Nadaman" which opened on September 17, 2025, and the "Sushi Ginza ONODERA Nadaman Takanawa Prime" set to open on October 1, 2025. At these locations, skilled artisans will deliver authentic Edo-style sushi influenced by both Nadaman's rich history and the culinary traditions of Ginza ONODERA.
The Rise of Seafood Bowls
The introduction of the seafood bowl lineup taps into a growing trend in the food industry, as seafood bowls gain popularity globally. The "Seafood Bowl Ginza ONODERA" successfully launched at the Haneda Airport Terminal on September 10, 2025. Here, guests can enjoy seafood bowls made with high-quality fish sourced from renowned wholesalers like Yamako, ensuring a premium dining experience. The unique red rice, specifically formulated to complement seafood bowls, further elevates the culinary experience.
Elevating Dining Experiences
Amidst changing work styles and dining preferences, both companies aim to create delightful experiences for their customers. The introduction of seafood bowls at Nadaman is intended to offer guests a chance to savor exquisite meals in an elegant setting. Whether for a business lunch, a meal before or after a theater performance, or during a shopping break, these bowls combined with Nadaman's gourmet offerings promise to bring smiles to diners.
