VEGE WEEK 2025: A Wholesome Salad Experience
Kewpie Corporation, headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo, is thrilled to announce the upcoming “VEGE WEEK,” scheduled from September 6 to September 12, 2025. This exciting initiative will take place on the official food e-commerce site, Qummy. As part of this event, participants will receive a complete set of ingredients for seven nutritious meals. The goal is to enhance participants' diets through online lessons and a LINE open chat, fostering a community focused on healthier eating habits.
What is Qummy?
For those unfamiliar, Qummy is Kewpie's official online platform, which aims to make healthy eating accessible and enjoyable. It features a variety of resources, including recipes and guidance for incorporating more vegetables into daily meals.

The Experience of VEGE WEEK
In its eighth edition, VEGE WEEK encourages participants to indulge in delicious, body-friendly salads. The theme for this year is “Colorful Salad Plates,” promoting a fun way to enjoy a variety of vegetables throughout the week. Each day of the event will focus on different aspects of preparing and enjoying nutritious salads, allowing individuals to discover new flavors and eating habits.
The event will be led by Kento Tashiro, popularly known as the “Salad Prince,” who has been building awareness about the importance of nutrition through salad-focused events across the country. His recipes are designed to be simple yet delicious, making it easy for busy individuals to integrate them into their daily lives. The guidance provided is intended not only to enhance enjoyment of meals but also to inspire participants to reassess their overall dietary balance.

Participants will have the opportunity to interact with Kento Tashiro in real-time, gaining insights into his daily eating habits, tips for meal prep, and explanations of his recipes. This unique interaction enhances the learning experience by allowing participants to ask questions and engage directly with the instructor.
What’s Included?
Each participant will receive a package containing all ingredients and recipes for seven meals, alleviating the stress of meal planning. It’s a chance to experience the joy of consuming vegetables easily and enjoyably, ensuring a healthy week filled with delicious dishes.
