New Salt Ramen Launch at Ramen GINZA TON BOX Starting November 26

Ramen GINZA TON BOX Unveils New Salt Ramen!

Ramen lovers, mark your calendars! Starting on November 26, Ramen GINZA TON BOX will be delighting patrons with its latest culinary creation — the Salt Ramen. This much-anticipated dish comes with a limited availability of only 30 servings per day!

Established by the distinct vision of CEO Ryuta Kohita, HITOSUKE has built a reputation in the thriving Tokyo ramen scene. Since opening its doors on October 7, 2025, Ramen GINZA TON BOX has been under the careful watch of Michelin-recognized chef Takayuki Yamagami from the prominent “Ramen Shop Toy Box.” Chef Yamagami's influence is set to inspire a flavorful experience that can only be found at this unique spot in Ginza.

The creation of Salt Ramen did not emerge overnight; there has been a tidal wave of requests from ramen enthusiasts eager for this salty rendition. After a thorough preparation period, the team is thrilled to present this flavorful offering.

What to Expect from the New Salt Ramen

The star of the new menu, the Salt Ramen, emphasizes the distinct flavors encapsulated in pork broth. Crafted with attention to detail, this dish delivers a refined yet satisfying experience. Each slurp reveals a gentle sweetness complemented by the clear, refreshing aftertaste that salt naturally provides. The precise balance of flavors ensures every bowl showcases the ingredients' original essence.

In addition to the classic Salt Ramen, the restaurant will offer three variations:
  • - Ajitama Salt Ramen (1,400 yen including tax) — features an egg marinated in soy sauce for an additional depth of flavor.
  • - Special Salt Ramen (1,600 yen including tax) — showcases char siu pork along with the marinated egg.
  • - Chashu Salt Ramen (1,700 yen including tax) — known for piling on the chashu for those meat lovers!

For fans of their highly praised Shoyu Ramen, the introduction of Salt Ramen provides an exciting new option to explore.

More Than Just a Bowl of Ramen

Ramen GINZA TON BOX is not only committed to serving extraordinary ramen but also aims to expand its offerings in line with franchise opportunities. The focus remains on enhancing product lines tailored to customer preferences while retaining the integrity of the unique culinary experience.
