Upcoming Tax Reform Seminar on December 17
The annual Tax Reform Seminar is back, and this year's event promises to deliver the speediest updates in the industry! Scheduled for
December 17, 2025, from
17:00 to 18:30, the seminar will be hosted online and is presented by
TAX CONNECTION Inc. in collaboration with
Jitsumu Keiei Services Co., Ltd. and sponsored by
Better Place Co., Ltd. Participants can attend the seminar free of charge, but registration through a member accounting firm of TAX CONNECTION or an active membership in the Practical Management Research Association is necessary to secure a spot.
This seminar has attracted numerous tax accountants and firms in the past, making it a staple event for industry professionals. Attendees will have the chance to hear directly from
Norimasa Yamada, a prominent tax accountant and the representative of
Ampersand Tax Corporation. Mr. Yamada will provide insights into the proposed tax reforms for the fiscal year 2025, including significant topics such as:
- - Strengthening the wage increase promotion tax system
- - Extension of the business inheritance tax system
- - Special provisions for small-scale depreciation assets
These proposals will form the basis of the upcoming
2025 Tax Reform Outline, which is set to be made public in December. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn how these elements might influence practical implementations in their respective firms. Mr. Yamada will cover critical points that tax accountants should prioritize after the official announcement.
It's crucial to note that if the announcement of the Tax Reform Outline is delayed, the seminar will move to
December 24, 2025. Participants will be informed via email and will receive a URL for virtual access upon registration.
