Grange Insurance Welcomes Paige Scott as New VP of Distribution Enablement and Operations

Grange Insurance has announced the appointing of Paige Scott as its Vice President of Distribution Enablement and Operations, effective October 19, 2026. With nearly 15 years dedicated to the insurance sector, Scott is expected to play a pivotal role in enhancing the company's distribution strategy and operational efficacy.

In her new position, Scott will be responsible for streamlining operations through productive capacity optimization, data analytics, market execution, and agency engagement. These functions will intertwine to bolster Grange Insurance and its affiliate, Integrity Insurance's, service delivery to agency partners. Krista Conte, the Chief Distribution Officer at Grange, expressed her confidence in Scott’s capabilities, stating, "Paige brings extensive experience in insurance distribution and operations. Prior to joining Grange, Scott was the Vice President of Insurance Operations at AAA Club Alliance. There, she managed a substantial team of over 200 associates and agents across 13 states, overseeing a $1 billion distribution environment. Her impressive achievements in previous roles include the development of innovative agency onboarding programs that significantly boosted productivity and the establishment of an outbound sales team that expanded the independent agency channel from $65,000 to $2.3 million in direct written premiums within a single year. Such accomplishments not only highlight her leadership skills but also earned her the prestigious Company Representative of the Year title from the Professional Insurance Agents of Tennessee.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Louisville. Her academic background complements her practical experience, positioning her as a strong asset to Grange Insurance.
