TDY Remodeling Design Award 2025 Winners Announced
The TDY Remodeling Design Award 2025, jointly hosted by TOTO, DAIKEN, and YKK AP, has officially declared its winning entries following an extensive entry period and careful selection process. With a dedicated goal of promoting the demand for remodeling, this prestigious award was open to design firms, construction companies, and remodeling shops, inviting them to submit outstanding ideas and designs showcasing impressive remodeling examples across two distinct categories: thematic and sectional.
A panel of three judges, comprising architects and editors from housing information websites, evaluated the entries based on their understanding of customer issues, innovative proposals, and the ability to effectively express key remodeling points. This thorough evaluation process has culminated in the selection of a total of 70 award-winning projects, including the coveted National Grand Prize, top awards in each section, excellence awards, encouragement awards, and the TDY Product Space Proposal Award. These remarkable projects will be revealed on the TDY remodeling information website in March 2026.
In an effort to offer the end-users a chance to engage with numerous exemplary works, a customer voting category was also introduced. From the entries submitted in this category, ten award-winning projects were determined by the number of votes from customers. The results for the customer voting category can now be viewed on a dedicated special page.
TDY is committed to proposing remodeling solutions that align with each individual's envisioned lifestyle. The company embodies the concept of “Juunintoiie” (十人十家), which emphasizes that everyone has unique thoughts and desires regarding their living spaces. The award-winning entries in the thematic category will also be featured in the web content titled “Everyone's Juunintoiie,” with a scheduled launch for August 2026.
