For participants who require bus transportation, Valmet will provide a bus service departing from near Helsinki train station at 8:45 a.m., with a potential stop at the Helsinki airport if necessary.

Upon arrival in Tampere, a taxi will be needed for those coming by train; this journey will take approximately 10 to 20 minutes. Valmet will also facilitate transportation back to Helsinki airport and the city after the event, making it convenient for attendees who have travel commitments.

The doors for in-person attendees will open at 11:00 a.m., and a lunch will be served before the presentations begin. This will provide an ideal setting for networking among peers and with the management team.
