Perhaps the highlight of this year's festivities is the beautiful Christmas cake, "AuBlanche." Inspired by the name "AuBlanc," the cake embodies the image of a dawn sky, creating a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. Crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Yoshida exclusively for this holiday season, only 30 cakes will be available, making it a truly special treat.

The cake boasts a complex flavor profile with layers of vanilla, blackberry, mascarpone, dark chocolate, and white chocolate. It highlights the best local ingredients from Hokkaido while encapsulating the celebratory essence of Christmas. Noteworthy layers include:
