Adam Ifshin, Founder and CEO of DLC, the management company of Colony Place, noted, “Bringing Nordstrom Rack to Colony Place is a testament to the value we create through speed, strategy, and execution.” Underlining their efficiency, Ifshin highlighted that the center was acquired just over a year ago, yet they are already moving forward with the construction of the Nordstrom Rack store.

Nordstrom Rack serves as the off-price retail division of Nordstrom, Inc., providing customers with savings of up to 70 percent on high-quality goods. This store will play a vital role in Nordstrom’s overarching strategy to enhance customer experience, blending digital and physical shopping seamlessly.
