Huawei Launches Advanced SME Intelligence Solutions for a Smart Future
Huawei's 4+10+N Intelligence Solutions
In an impressive showcase at the HUAWEI eKit Autumn Launch 2025 in Shanghai, Huawei's Executive Director of the Board, David Wang, introduced a series of revolutionary intelligence solutions specifically designed for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). These new offerings, collectively known as the 4+10+N SME Intelligence Solutions, align with the theme "Empowering Growth Through Intelligence" and are tailored to facilitate the smart transformation of the SME sector.
The technological landscape is undergoing rapid changes, with AI becoming increasingly prevalent in various industries. Today's applications mainly focus on smart assistance within the workforce, however, it's anticipated that the future AI integrations will deepen into core production systems. This evolution is set to significantly impact product, service, and operational models, transforming AI into the engine of growth across these domains.
SMEs play a pivotal role in the global economy, particularly highlighted by the staggering number of over 58 million SMEs in China alone. Not only do they account for more than 80% of urban employment in the country, but they contribute to about 60% of the national GDP. Despite the escalating adoption of artificial intelligence globally, many SMEs face challenges such as low awareness of AI technologies, a deficit of technical skills, and limited implementation of AI solutions. This creates a high barrier for most SMEs looking to adapt to these emerging technologies.
During the launch event, Wang emphasized the importance of accessibility, stating, "Intelligence should be as accessible as water and electricity. I hope everyone, every household, and every organization can benefit from AI. Huawei is ready to help SMEs overcome these obstacles and accelerate their journey to becoming intelligent enterprises. No one will be left behind in the smart world."
Many SMEs struggle to implement AI independently due to technological and skill gaps, prompting them to seek external smart solutions. These businesses look for solutions that are user-friendly, rapidly deployable, and specifically designed to boost efficiency and foster growth. In the past, solution providers often relied on complex subcontracting models that were inefficient. To address this market inefficiency, Huawei has restructured its distribution approach to provide single-point scenario-based solutions that can be easily delivered by installers.
The newly launched HUAWEI eKit 4+10+N solutions reflect this customer-focused approach. The "4" in the offering represents four main scenarios covering smart office, smart business, smart education, and smart healthcare that meet the majority of business operational needs. The "10" denotes the ten single-point scenario-based solutions being launched, which include offerings such as SME office solutions, smart hotels, digital diagnosis platforms, and smart interactive classroom solutions. Lastly, the "N" represents a variety of star products customized for different scenarios.
Among the features introduced are the HUAWEI eKitEngine AR180 series, a range of enterprise-level routers that include various functionalities such as routing, switching, Wi-Fi, and VPN. Also unveiled were new IdeaHub products that integrate AI conferencing, acoustic partitioning, and AI applications, all designed with an all-in-one format, intelligent interactions, and comprehensive security features.
Wang further explained, "To enable our customers and partners to focus on growth, we handle the complexity. Our single-point scenario-based solutions will facilitate SMEs’ rapid and easier transition to intelligence. HUAWEI eKit’s latest solutions represent an upgrade in terms of solution development, sales support, and delivery services. Through empowering our partners with these solutions, we provide SMEs with the benefits of AI."
Each product launched today comes equipped with advanced AI technologies, already integrated and pre-approved for greater flexibility in delivery. This enables installers the flexibility to rapidly assemble products to meet specific needs of varying scenarios. Huawei is also offering additional sales support for distribution partners, including faster access to related resources, solution demonstrations, and significantly reducing challenges in product selection and solution design for both installers and clients.
For delivery services, Huawei provides unified installation, centralized network management, and consolidated customer support to help clients swiftly adopt AI technologies while ensuring seamless delivery for installers.
Concluding his address, Wang stated, "These solutions will empower SMEs for the final phase of the smart world. We will stand strong with our distribution partners and installers, rallying resources together to fully support SMEs in their journey to becoming intelligent enterprises."
