This new savory dish is set to launch on April 30, 2026, at three selected locations before being made available at all other outlets, excluding food courts, from May 20, 2026.

This marks the second collaboration between these two renowned brands, following the successful launch of the first Uma-Tomato Mazesoba. This time, they take the beloved Uma-Tomato Hamburger from Matsuya and creatively combine it with the unique Mazesoba style of Junk Garage. The standout feature of this dish is its generously-sized, juicy hamburger patty, which dominates the bowl.
