LEGIKA Launches Four New Commercial Manga Titles Simultaneously
In a landmark initiative, LEGIKA, a nonprofit organization based in Shinagawa, Tokyo, known for its manga creator training and production services, has announced the simultaneous release of
four new commercial manga titles, set to commence distribution on
June 30, 2025. This represents a significant step forward for LEGIKA, which has been actively involved in manga production since entering the commercial arena in
July 2024. The organization aims to foster new talent through its
Regi Casa Studio and this is the first instance of four titles being launched concurrently.
All four new works will be distributed under the
Hero Comics digital label managed by
Imagica Infos. Hero Comics is especially recognized for its adaptation of popular light novels from its sister label, Hero Bunko. This label has gained considerable fame partly due to the well-loved light novel,
‘Kusuriya no Hitorigoto’, written by Natsu Hinata and illustrated by Shino Toko.
The four titles will primarily adapt well-received light novels from Hero Bunko, focusing on themes of
isekai (other world) fantasy. These adaptations are designed to cater to contemporary webcomic readers who enjoy highly engaging, entertainment-driven narratives.
Since its move into the commercial manga domain, Regi Casa Studio has established collaborative relationships with various publishers, e-book retailers, and anime production companies. With a comprehensive creator team at its disposal, LEGIKA is poised to expand its manga production efforts in the future.
