Explore Seasonal Delights This November at Kobe Suma Sea World Hotel

Experience the Essence of Hyogo at Kobe Suma Sea World Hotel

The Kobe Suma Sea World Hotel, managed by Granvista Hotel & Resort, is set to host a remarkable event titled "Enjoying Nada Gogo and Seasonal Delights on an Adult Holiday" on November 29, 2025. This exclusive gathering will take place at the Sea of Seto Harbor Restaurant, designed to showcase the rich cultural and culinary heritage of the Hyogo region.

Situated in the scenic backdrop of the Seto Inland Sea, the Kobe Suma Sea World Hotel is not just an accommodation option but a "value-experience hotel" offering unique activities such as dolphin encounters and premium rooms with large aquariums. It aims to engage guests with various experiences, making every stay memorable.

The upcoming event will allow guests to indulge in Japan's iconic sake from the renowned Nada Gogo region, with a special focus on the sake brewery "Sawano-Tsuru." Guests will enjoy insights into the brewery's history and the artistry behind sake brewing. Notably, attendees can savor a selection of four exquisite types of sake, including the seasonal “Shinmai Shinshu,” the fragrant “Daiginjo Harushuu,” and a vintage sake brewed in 1997. These selections will be paired with a specially crafted menu featuring local seasonal ingredients.

Dishes include “Poached cod with creamy white fish roe and sake-infused beurre blanc,” and “Roasted Ohmi duck with original egg and sukiyaki-style sauce,” all expertly chosen to complement the sake. Moreover, each attendee will receive a special take-home gift: a bottle of the limited Junmai sake “Mizukara” made from Yamadanishiki rice, allowing guests to continue the experience at home.

In the serene atmosphere of a hotel restaurant, this event promises an unforgettable adult evening of gourmet food and exquisite Japanese sake.
