His experience includes leading a team of over 300 legal professionals in a district that encompasses more than six million residents. In his previous roles, he not only handled national security and narcotics units but also dealt with financial crimes, cybercrimes, and major cases at the U.S. Attorney's Office. His most recent role was as the Chief of Corporate Enforcement at the Bureau of Industry and Security under the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Among his notable successes, Parekh received the Director's Award for Superior Performance for his work on the prosecution of U.S. v. This strategic addition comes at a critical time when the firm is seeking to enhance its impact under the Justice Against Sponsors of Terrorism Act, aiming to hold corporations and individuals accountable for enabling terrorist activities.

With a rich history of litigation and a focus on public and private accountability, Sparacino PLLC aims to navigate complex national security challenges, broaden its scope of anti-trafficking, and commercial law practices. As Raj Parekh begins this journey, the firm looks to make a profound impact in the evolving landscape of national security law and victim advocacy.
