Explore Art and Culture with Tokyo's Digital Stamp Rally!
Tokyo is set to become a hub for art and culture for the youth with the launch of the digital stamp rally, part of the "Welcome Youth 2026" initiative. This campaign, orchestrated by the Tokyo Historical and Cultural Foundation and the Tokyo Metropolitan Bureau of Transportation, runs from March 1 to April 5, 2026, offering a golden opportunity for those under 18 to engage with art seamlessly and enjoyably.
Highlights of the Campaign
During the campaign, participants can collect digital stamps by scanning QR codes located in various public art venues and subway stations. The number of stamps gathered will correspond to exciting rewards, including unique merchandise featuring the beloved mascots Min-Kuru and To-Aran.
Free Entry to Museums
All exhibitions at Tokyo's public art museums and facilities will be free for individuals aged 18 and under during this period. This is an excellent chance to immerse yourself in the world of arts, explore new creativity, and utilize Tokyo's extensive public transport system to navigate the city effectively.
How to Participate

Launch the App and select the "Stamp" option on the tab.
3.
Scan the QR Codes at the designated rally spots listed below to collect your stamps.
4.
Unlock Prize Entry: After collecting stamps, the entry buttons for various prizes will become available.
5.
Fill Out the Form: Once you have your stamps, complete the application on the displayed form.
Note: Make sure to save your data as smartphone changes may result in loss of stamp information.

About the Welcome Youth 2026 Campaign
This initiative aims to engage youth under 18 in artistic and cultural activities throughout Tokyo. From January to March, there were shows at Tokyo Bunka Kaikan and Tokyo Metropolitan Theatre open to a select number of participants through a lottery.
