The newly released rankings feature an impressive variety of 12 new entries from 12 different cities, including gastronomic hotspots like São Paulo and San Francisco, showcasing the diversity of global cuisine. The list includes:

  • - 12 New Entries across 25 Territories: The rankings reveal the vibrant culinary landscape, including nine entries from Asia and 20 from Europe. New representatives also come from North America, South America, Africa, and Oceania.
  • - Debut of Arca in Tulum: Leading the new entries is Arca in Tulum, Mexico, which has secured the 67th position, reflecting the growing influence of Mexican cuisine on the global palate.
  • - New Representation for Queenstown: New Zealand makes its debut in the list with Amisfield Restaurant claiming the 99th position, marking a significant milestone for the country's culinary scene.

Breakdown of Entries by Region


A closer look at the entries reveals the prominence of European restaurants, leading the rankings with 20 spots. Noteworthy new establishments include:
  • - Koan in Copenhagen (No. 91)
  • - Cocina Hermanos Torres in Barcelona (No. 78)
  • - Txispa in Atxondo (No. 85)
  • - Al Gatto Verde in Modena (No. 92)

Germany also has a strong presence with renowned names like:

In Spain, Quique Dacosta ranks 65th, while Aponiente and Mugaritz come in at No. 84 and No. 87, respectively.

Asia adds exciting new entries, with Macau and Shanghai joining the elite list of gastronomic cities that already include Tokyo, Seoul, Mumbai, and Singapore. Notably, Cape Town celebrates three entries, with Salsify at the Roundhouse debuting at No. 88.

The North American list features several newcomers including:
