This dish truly embodies a feast with its combination of taste, color, and texture—qualities that Marugen Ramen is proud to showcase. The 'Ebi Gomoku Soba', on the other hand, emphasizes shrimp as the star ingredient, making it perfect for seafood lovers.
Prices for these delectable dishes are as follows:

- - Ebi Gomoku Soba: 1,090 yen (tax included: 1,199 yen)
Both dishes will be available from November 6 to late December, although some locations may not carry all offerings, and details are subject to change without notice.
More About Marugen Ramen
Marugen Ramen is celebrated for its signature dish, the 'Aged Soy Sauce Ramen - Meat Soba'. Each bowl is crafted individually, featuring a rich broth made from pork and served with Marugen's own high-hydration noodles, topped with yuzu pepper, green onions, and a range of traditional Japanese garnishes. The secret to its distinct flavor lies in the special aged soy sauce, a blend of three types that harmonize beautifully to create a one-of-a-kind experience exclusive to Marugen Ramen.
The restaurant's offerings include popular variations like 'Ajitama Meat Soba' and 'Spicy Meat Soba'. Customers can opt for low-carb noodles for an additional fee, as well as a variety of vegetable-packed dishes and health-conscious menu options, contributing to its frequent patronage.
Marugen provides not only main dishes but also standout side items such as 'Marugen Gyoza', 'Grilled Egg Fried Rice', and 'Tasty Fried Chicken'. To round off the meal, their soft-serve ice cream has also garnered a loyal following. With ample parking available, and a bright, spacious dining environment featuring counter seats, tables, and tatami areas, patrons can enjoy a relaxing dining experience whether dining solo or with family.
Note: Some locations have differing product availability and pricing. Notably, the Kanamachi, Kawagoe Clemore, Kamitakada, Musashi Shinjo, and Shinagawa Seaside branches do not offer parking or certain seating types.
