The Florida branch became profitable just six months after its launch and has since experienced steady growth across the Southeast under Victor's guidance.

In 2024, Victor was appointed to FSG's executive board and promoted to Vice President, marking a significant milestone in his career. Now, as he steps into his new role as Chief Operating Officer of Services, he brings a fresh perspective and a unique combination of operational expertise and servant leadership.
