From September 18 to November 12, 2025, guests can savor an array of delicious gluten-free and vegan desserts, meticulously crafted by chefs focused on sustainability and taste.

This season showcases a delightful selection of sweets that are not only kind to your body but also environmentally conscious. One standout is the Vegan Carrot Cake, made with organic carrots that didn't meet standard sizing criteria, offering a moist texture complemented by crisp carrot bites and aromatic spices. Additionally, the highly popular seasonal Canelé has been upgraded to a gluten-free version, adorned with chestnut simmered in syrup and topped with a luxurious Diplomat cream—a blend of custard and whipped cream—that enhances the autumn experience.
For cheese lovers, the Fig Gluten-Free Cheesecake delivers rich flavors despite being gluten-free, demonstrating that indulgence can be achieved without compromise. The restaurant also offers a variety of soft cookies in flavors such as Chocolate Chip, Cocoa, and Peanut, all gluten-free and vegan. Sourced from Urasenke Chanoyu's renowned matcha cultivator, it combines deep umami and elegant aroma with refreshing orange, creating a refreshing beverage perfect for autumn.
You can also try the Autumn Fruit Tea, crafted from high-elevation Ceylon tea with dried fruits providing a burst of fruity fragrance, perfectly pairing with the season. Moreover, the Hojicha Latte, using Kyoto's famous Heian Hojicha, is carefully prepared by grinding the tea leaves into a fine powder and whisked with precision.
