Indulge in Autumn Delicacies at Grand Hyatt Tokyo's Seasonal Pastry Selection

Embrace the Flavors of Autumn at Grand Hyatt Tokyo

As the crisp autumn days approach, Grand Hyatt Tokyo presents an exquisite selection of seasonal pastries and breads at the Fiorentina Pastry Boutique. Starting September 1, 2025, guests can indulge in a variety of treats that celebrate the season’s harvest, including chestnut, sweet potato, and pumpkin delights.

This year, the boutique will offer a total of 13 limited-edition sweets and breads, including 9 brand new creations. Among these, the fan-favorite Montblanc will be expanded to include two new flavors: Matcha Montblanc, made with premium Kyoto matcha and white bean paste, and Violetta, a delightful combination featuring Okinawan purple sweet potato.

In addition, guests can enjoy a sampler featuring all four Montblanc varieties, showcasing rich and vibrant autumn flavors. To complement these exquisite pastries, there will also be a new assortment of six mini sweets, including an adorable apple-shaped mousse and a pear and caramel mousse cake. Baking enthusiasts can delight in a cinnamon-spiced apple pie and a Montblanc enveloped in Italian meringue, crafted with Italian chestnut cream.

Moreover, the smooth and rich custard will come in four flavors: pumpkin, chestnut, pear, and purple sweet potato, all elegantly packaged in a beautiful box perfect for gifts or personal enjoyment. Enjoy seasonal tarts featuring Hokkaido pumpkin, alongside exclusive fall flavors of the Premium Shortcake series, including Matcha Chestnut and Pear Caramel.

A Bread Selection to Savor

The breads available include the delightful Crema Panettone, featuring a crunchy exterior and fluffy interior filled with seasonal fillings, with the new autumn option being chestnut-flavored. There is also a mochi-style bread infused with chestnuts and aromatic roasted tea, and a traditional Italian Ciabatta, topped generously with seasonal mushrooms.

Under the guidance of award-winning pastry chefs, the pastry team at Grand Hyatt Tokyo brings a distinctive flair to both sweets and breads, inviting guests to thoroughly enjoy the bounties of the autumn season.
