Diving into the specifics, the production of unadjusted soy milk has surged to 32,110 kiloliters, marking a notable increase of 7.9% from the previous year. Similarly, adjusted soy milk reached 44,998 kiloliters, growing by 2.3%. The category of flavored soy beverages, including options like soy milk mixed with juice, has seen a healthy rise, producing 3,556 kiloliters, which is an 8.1% increase over the same quarter last year. Also noteworthy are the flavored soy drinks, which encompass coffee and tea varieties, reaching 10,304 kiloliters—a modest increase of 0.4%. Additionally, the bulk supply category that mainly serves commercial needs saw a remarkable growth of 24.8%, totaling 3,666 kiloliters.
