As the festive season approaches, Buchanan's Scotch Whisky is excited to announce its contribution of $150,000 to support food service workers through its 200% Futuro Fund. This initiative is part of their vibrant campaign "Más Noches Buenas", which kicks off this Giving Tuesday. By encouraging the community to embrace the holiday spirit, Buchanan's aims to create a memorable festive experience for those who contribute to our dining enjoyment throughout the year.

This year’s campaign centers around acknowledging the often unseen efforts of food industry workers—those who bring their passion into our favorite restaurants, cafes, and bars, especially during the holiday rush. According to the Center for American Progress, only 57% of food workers had access to paid holidays last year, compared to 96% in business and finance sectors. Buchanan's seeks to bridge this gap of appreciation by recognizing their invaluable contributions.

Buchanan's donation will benefit four nonprofit organizations: The Street Vendor Project, The Reimagine LA Foundation, The Texas Restaurant Association Education Foundation, and The Restaurant Workers Community Foundation, all dedicated to supporting food service workers year-round. Events supporting this initiative have already begun, including holiday dinners in New York, Los Angeles, and Houston, where industry workers can enjoy a well-deserved night off.

In partnership with the leading Latin media company, nglMitú, these festive dinners bring together food sector leaders and workers for a night filled with delicious food, showcasing local chefs. Also featured is a limited-edition merchandise line designed by Buchanan's in collaboration with Kids of Immigrants, with 100% of profits matched by the brand, contributing up to $20,000 towards the campaign goals.

On December 15, a special event titled "Noche Buena de Buchanan's" will be hosted by comedian Marcello Hernández, celebrating and reinforcing the campaign's commitment to the community. Attendees will enjoy music and festivities that encapsulate the true spirit of togetherness, reflective of a genuine holiday season.

Buchanan's is also hosting an online contest, inviting fans to share their unique Christmas traditions using #BuchanansMásNochesBuenas. Participants have the chance to win $1,500 in cash along with exclusive Buchanan's prizes.
