LV Petroleum Expands Nationwide with New Acquisitions
LV Petroleum LLC is making significant strides in its national expansion strategy by acquiring two travel centers located in Oklahoma and Texas. This move is indicative of the company’s commitment to enhancing its service network while also diversifying its food and restaurant offerings.
On August 11, 2026, LV Petroleum celebrated the opening of a new TA Express in Rosenberg, Texas, which marks a crucial step in broadening its operational footprint. Just two weeks later, on August 25, the company officially added a TA TravelCenter in Coffeyville, Oklahoma, to its portfolio. Together, these establishments are poised to strengthen LV Petroleum's network of travel centers, bringing valuable services to professional drivers, casual travelers, and local communities in these key markets.
Kris Roach, president and CEO of LV Petroleum, expressed optimism about these acquisitions, highlighting their commitment to building a stronger network incrementally. “These acquisitions are about building a stronger network one market at a time. Rosenberg and Coffeyville give us two more opportunities to bring dependable service and long-term investment to the people who rely on these locations every day,” Roach stated.
LV Petroleum is also making waves in the food service industry. On August 13, a ribbon-cutting ceremony was held for the Sbarro restaurant in Hillsboro, Texas. The celebration featured complimentary pizza for veterans, first responders, and senior citizens, emphasizing community engagement and appreciation. This event not only marked a new chapter for LV Petroleum’s food services but also underlined its role in fostering relationships within the communities it serves.
In addition to the new Sbarro location, LV Petroleum further expanded its collaboration with Bojangles by inaugurating its 12th restaurant in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Flamingo Road. This site is strategically located across from the Rio Hotel Casino, allowing for enhanced accessibility and visibility in a bustling area. With this expansion, LV Petroleum reinforces its dedication to providing quality food options for travelers and residents alike.
Jeanette Davis, senior vice president of food for LV Petroleum, noted, “Our food growth is most meaningful when it creates a reason for people to come together. The Hillsboro celebration gave us the chance to recognize veterans, first responders and seniors in the community, while our newest Bojangles allows us to bring another strong dining option to guests in our home market of Las Vegas.”
These milestones reflect LV Petroleum's ongoing strategy to bolster its travel center operations while promoting a diverse restaurant portfolio that caters to the needs of both travelers and the surrounding communities. This seamless integration of travel services and dining options showcases LV Petroleum's commitment to excellence and innovation in their operations.
