This automated process allows recruiters to finalize the hiring criteria with just a click, facilitating immediate access to the Document Screening Support functionality.

The AI Suggest feature can be accessed through the Document Screening Support interface. By clicking the AI Suggest button, recruiters can refer to job information from HERP Hire. The AI will then propose additions or updates to the recruitment requirements based on this data. Recruiters can easily implement these suggestions with a single click or make any manual adjustments as needed, allowing them to start using the Document Screening Support without delay.
