The winter parfait offers guests the unique experience of combining chocolate sourced from regions across three continents with the delicious strawberries exclusively from the Kazuhaya Strawberry Farm in Ibaraki Prefecture. This dish embodies the philosophy of Minimal, which specializes in crafting high-quality chocolate from bean to bar.

The "CACAO JOURNEY" parfait features seven different chocolate components, beautifully arranged to create a journey through various cacao origins. Each season, the parfait is crafted to highlight seasonal fruits and ingredients, ensuring a fresh and exciting take on this classic dessert.

This winter, Minimal presents a parfait composed of three distinct chocolate ice cream flavors, crunchy chocolate crumble, and an array of other delightful textures that bring the cacao experience to life.
