In a significant move aimed at fortifying its leadership team, Forum Health has announced the appointment of Elizabeth Campbell as its new Chief Financial and Development Officer. This newly created role comes as the organization gears up to enhance its fundraising and acquisition strategies, ensuring a robust operational performance amid its rapid growth trajectory.

With more than 20 years of experience in management consulting, private equity, and healthcare leadership roles, Campbell brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Forum Health. Most recently, she served as CEO of myOrthos, a company she co-founded that focused on consolidating the fragmented orthodontic industry. There, she successfully executed 37 acquisitions and established a network of 88 clinics across 14 states before its acquisition by Smile Doctors in 2025.

Her diverse background includes significant roles at prestigious institutions, such as The Boston Consulting Group, where she began her career, and private equity firms like SV Life Sciences Advisors and LLR Partners. These experiences equipped her with a strong foundation in due diligence, valuation, and executing growth equity investments within the healthcare sector.

In announcing Campbell’s appointment, Forum Health’s CEO, Phil Hagerman, emphasized her perfect fit for the company’s ambitious goals. He noted that her blend of financial acumen and entrepreneurial spirit can help steer Forum Health toward realizing its aspirations in personalized healthcare. “From my very first meeting with Elizabeth, it was apparent she embodies a profound passion for healthcare,” he stated.

With her appointment unveiled during the Jefferies Health Tech Conference, Campbell will collaborate closely with the executive team to enhance operational efficiency and implement ambitious fundraising initiatives. In her role, Campbell will be pivotal in driving strategic investments and acquisitions that will bolster Forum Health's capabilities and geographical footprint. The organization currently operates 23 clinics across 12 states and utilizes advanced technologies to enhance patient care through a root-cause approach to treatment.

Starting her academic journey with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with Distinction from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce, Campbell later earned her MBA with Honors from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Her educational background further enriches her qualifications, and her experience as an adjunct professor teaching Healthcare Finance underscores her commitment to the field.
