Founded and operated by DONUTS Inc., the live-streaming and video app "Mikucha" hosted this grand event to recognize the top live broadcasters of the year. Out of 15 fierce finalists, it was Saaya who triumphed, claiming the title of the top performer along with a trophy and a cash prize of 1 million yen.

The ceremony was hosted by the comedy duo "Love Letters", who have been the official MCs of the Mikucha program since 2019, with Takahashi Maron serving as the co-MC. The event was live-streamed on Mikucha, attracting real-time comments from viewers across the nation, generating an electrifying atmosphere.

A Grand Celebration of Talent

Saaya shone brightly at the award ceremony, expressing pure joy when her name was announced as the Grand Prize winner. Alongside the prestigious title and trophy, she received not only the monetary award but also the opportunity to create original animated items within the Mikucha app and advertise on stickers at Tokyo Station.

When asked about her feelings on the award, Saaya expressed immense gratitude toward her fellow broadcasters for their companionship and the supportive audience that stood by her side. She reflected on her journey, stating, “I started broadcasting five years ago, and this is my second time participating in the Mikucha Award after a two-year hiatus. I felt a great deal of pressure, so winning the Grand Prize feels surreal and incredibly fulfilling. I owe this success to the support from many people who I've met over the years and, truthfully, I had to make various sacrifices to get here. I feel this recognition allows me to acknowledge my efforts. To all the broadcasters and viewers who have supported me, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your enthusiastic encouragement!”

Other Notable Winners

The second-place award was claimed by Chizu, earning a prize of 500,000 yen and a trophy. Aoi Hane secured third place, along with a cash reward of 150,000 yen and a trophy.
