New Year at Restaurant Bellustar
Nestled on the higher floors of the hotel, Restaurant Bellustar offers an exquisite lunch and dinner menu showcasing seasonal ingredients from across Japan. Under the theme of "Dining through Ingredients," this modern French restaurant captures the essence of Japanese gastronomy while impressing diners with dishes that evoke creativity and surprise.
The New Year Lunch priced at 13,000 yen features a delightful progression of dishes, beginning with three aperitifs, followed by an amuse-bouche, appetizer, fish course, meat course, dessert, and a selection of three mignardises. Meanwhile, the New Year Dinner, priced at 25,000 yen, includes a more elaborate lineup starting with three aperitifs and culminating in a stunning array of flavors and textures presented with flair.
For those seeking a more intimate dining experience, a private room seating up to 8 guests is available for reservation. With the exception of a nominal fee for 5 or fewer diners, this private option offers a perfect setting for family gatherings or special moments with loved ones. Guests can also enjoy a curated wine pairing, featuring sparkling champagne to complement their culinary adventure.
New Year at Teppan Tenyu
The Teppanyaki experience takes center stage at Teppan Tenyu, where guests can savor premium Okinawan beef from the Kitanuchi Farm, along with a selection of seasonal ingredients, through a special New Year dinner course from December 31, 2025, to January 3, 2026.
The dinner begins with a traditional New Year appetizer, leading to a highlight dish of fresh Ise lobster and continuing to showcase the best seasonal offerings transformed into beautifully prepared meals right before your eyes. The attentive chef's techniques enhance the experience, engaging all your senses in the unique atmosphere of Teppanyaki dining.
Additionally, diners can choose a sake tasting set featuring four types of sake curated by a sommelier, including the limited edition "TOKYO HACHIOJI CRAFT SAKE BELLUSTAR Limited Edition 2024" created in collaboration with Hachioji Sake Brewery. This pairing perfectly harmonizes with the New Year menu, encouraging guests to explore new flavor combinations.
The special dinner course costs 40,000 yen, and the sake tasting set is available for 8,000 yen for four glasses.
