At this year's festival, Altius Link will conduct a session focusing on the theme “Accelerating Recruitment DX with AI Agents.” With a hiring volume of around 15,000 annually, the company will share its innovative approaches to recruitment reforms. This session will highlight the outcomes achieved through the use of AI agents and digital transformation (DX), in collaboration with UiPath, a key partner. It is particularly aimed at company representatives facing challenges in efficiently implementing recruitment DX or AI agents, offering practical insights and solutions.

Engaging Hands-On Workshops

In addition to the online sessions, Altius Link will host a hands-on workshop that allows participants to gain practical experience in building AI agents using Copilot Studio Lite. Participants will create a “Prompt Engineer Agent” during the session, which they can take away and implement directly in their work environments, thereby ensuring that the knowledge gained is immediately applicable.
