On May 12, 2026, the BayPort Foundation held its 5th Annual Charity Golf Classic at the scenic James River Country Club in Newport News, Virginia. He revealed plans to expand the annual scholarship funding from $100,000 to $150,000 starting next year. The revamped scholarship program aims to facilitate a successful transition for students wishing to follow a 2x2 educational route, where they will complete two years at a community college before transferring to a four-year university.
