The renowned company Storyteller, which operates the handmade accessory select shop CotoMonoMarche, is on the lookout for new team members. As we expand our permanent store operations and enhance each store's capabilities, we seek to fill two key roles: managers for our permanent locations and producers for our event operations.

In addition, our event producer role involves overseeing POPUP events from conception to teardown. You will have the chance to decide which brands or artists to engage with and how to develop appealing sales spaces. The thrill of establishing a new store from scratch, aligned with the vision of turning POPUPs into permanent locations, makes this position particularly rewarding. By contributing to our marketing strategies, you can experience the satisfaction of seeing your ideas come to life.

The Team at CotoMonoMarche

Our team is made up of former professionals from various fields such as apparel, jewelry, and footwear sales. Take K, one of our event producers, as an example. With a background in retail, K joined us with a desire to participate in building stores from the ground up. Organizing events across the country involves hands-on work, with an average of 5 days on-site for setup, sales, and staff management. While extensive travel may seem challenging, it offers the chance to enjoy building stores in diverse environments, making work feel more like an adventure.

Job Positions Available

1. Store Manager: Oversee operations and management of permanent locations across the country. Responsibilities include identifying and resolving operational challenges, advising and supporting management, and fostering the development of store managers and team members.
2. Event Producer / Assistant: Engage in planning, creating, and executing POPUP events at department stores and commercial facilities. Depending on experience and preference, you can be involved as a Producer or an Assistant.
- Producer: Take charge of the event from start to finish, with high responsibility and flexibility in ensuring success.
- Assistant: Support the Producer, engaging in customer service, sales, and a wide array of tasks related to store operations.
