About the Kira-Pika Operation

Launched in 2002, the Kira-Pika Operation aims to welcome visitors to a clean and comfortable Tokyo Station. This initiative gathers various businesses related to JR East Tokyo Station to engage in voluntary cleanup efforts. Over the years, the operation has expanded significantly. Since 2013, the participating businesses and areas have increased, with the simultaneous conduct of the Dai-Maruyou Kira-Pika Operation from 2015 and the Yaesu, Nihonbashi, and Kyobashi Kira-Pika Operation starting in 2016.
