After graduating from university, Ginga began her career in sales at a company specializing in support for small and medium-sized businesses, followed by a role at the Kokuyo Group focused on enterprise BPO sales. While managing sales, she also took on marketing responsibilities as a project leader for new domains. At Momentum, Ginga transitioned to a marketing role after gaining valuable sales experience, where she now oversees promotions and marketing for new products.
