Triton Uranium Advances Atlas Project with 46.56 Million Pounds of Uranium Exploration Target

Triton Uranium Advances Its Ambitious Atlas Project

Triton Uranium Corp. has made significant strides in its Atlas Project by finalizing four technical reports that reveal a viable exploration target of 46.56 million pounds of uranium (U₃O₈). These findings underscore the vast potential of both satellite deposits and targeted exploration zones within the project area, setting a defined path for further development.

The announcement comes at a crucial moment as both Canada and the United States are escalating their efforts to fortify a supply chain for essential minerals across the continent under the Canada-US Action Plan for Critical Minerals. Concurrently, Canada is advancing its nuclear ambitions through the construction of new reactors, including Small Modular Reactors (SMR), highlighting a growing demand for domestically sourced and secure uranium.

Scott Evans, President and Director of Triton Uranium, stated, "We are not just exploring for uranium; we are contributing to establishing a reliable North American supply of fuel essential for the nuclear renaissance." He emphasized the pivotal role Saskatchewan is poised to play, serving as a trusted source of uranium for both Canada and the United States, especially as demand for nuclear energy rises.

The recently completed reports, produced by Stantec Consulting Ltd. and dated July 27, 2026, mark a crucial step in solidifying Triton's uranium portfolio, providing a strong technical basis for the Atlas Project.

Comprehensive Resource Estimation

The low-grade open-pit mining model has led to refined resource estimates, particularly for the Red Rock deposit. This deposit includes an indicated mineral resource of 276,702 tonnes at a grade of 0.087% U₃O₈, translating to approximately 531,052 pounds of U₃O₈. Additionally, there is a presumed resource of 20,946 tonnes at a grade of 0.060% U₃O₈, amounting to roughly 27,840 pounds of U₃O₈.

Situated in the historic Beaverlodge uranium district of Saskatchewan, the Atlas Project is in proximity to several historically significant uranium mining centers. This region has produced approximately 77.8 million pounds of U₃O₈, with neighboring operations like the Ace-Fay-Verna complex contributing significantly to the figure, having yielded around 50.4 million pounds. Triton's land holdings encompass about 46,000 acres in one of Canada's most renowned uranium production areas.

Triton's exploration program continues to expand the understanding of the exploration potential within the Atlas Project. Recently completed aerial radiometric surveys have identified approximately 11,035 meters of extensions or areas with new promising targets suitable for near-surface open-pit mining. These targets are currently undergoing evaluation as part of a 10,000-meter drilling program, with further drilling expected in the 2026/2027 winter campaign.

Much of Triton's land portfolio remains underexplored, and the company believes there is substantial potential, warranting continued assessments of new uranium mineralizations and exploration targets across the Atlas property.
