The Cardi Award is designed to enhance the competitive edge of Japanese businesses in the digital age by honoring individuals who have championed customer success. The award seeks to highlight those who have successfully transformed their organizations and delivered outstanding value to their clients through effective practices in customer success.
Throughout the SuccessGAKO program, which included about 590 participants from diverse industries, each nominee presented their company’s initiatives and progress in four categories: challenge, change, outcomes, and contributions. After a careful evaluation and voting process, Seishi Seki emerged as the winner, reflecting not only his efforts but also his commitment to advancing customer success within his organization.
