As the foodservice sector grapples with ongoing labor shortages, maintaining and enhancing the quality of customer service while managing daily operations has become increasingly challenging. According to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, the effective job offer ratio exceeds 2.15 times for food preparation jobs and 2.28 times for customer service roles, far surpassing the overall average of 0.99.
