Experience the Nighttime Transformations of Higashi-Azabu Ito
Located in the heart of Tokyo, Higashi-Azabu Ito is redefining the evening dining experience starting from July 2025. The restaurant will evolve to offer a unique wine bar setting from 8 PM to cater to those looking for a casual yet sophisticated time. With a selection of over 30 glasses of wine, patrons can enjoy sampling different flavors with Japanese small dishes, creating a wonderful blend of culinary delight and fine wine.
Wine Bar After 8 PM
From 8 PM onwards, Higashi-Azabu Ito transitions into a specialized wine bar where guests can indulge without committing to a full course meal. A unique feature of this bar experience is the Coravin system, allowing wine lovers to taste rare selections by the glass, starting from as little as 30 ml. Whether you're looking for a single glass to unwind after a long day, or perhaps wish to continue your evening meal with just a bit more, Higashi-Azabu Ito’s wine offerings promise to enhance your mood and palate.
Delicious Pairings with Japanese Small Plates
To enhance the wine experience, Higashi-Azabu Ito introduces a rotating weekly à la carte menu designed specifically to pair well with the wines. These small plates offer a lighter taste compared to the full courses, allowing diners to explore a serene culinary journey while sipping their favorite glass. The beauty of the wine combined with thoughtfully selected dishes is perfect for a peaceful evening. Enjoy a quiet detour from the usual hustle and bustle of the city at Higashi-Azabu Ito.
