Discover the ITOKI Office Tour: A Glimpse into the Future of Work



Mitsubishi Estate Real Estate Services Co., Ltd. and ITOKI Corporation are collaborating to offer a unique opportunity to explore the modern workspace at the ITOKI headquarters through a guided office tour. Scheduled for November 18 and 20, 2025, this event allows participants to see firsthand how employees in the creative industry are adapting to new technologies and innovative working styles.

Schedule


Participants can join one of the following three time slots each day:
  • - 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM
  • - 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM
  • - 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM
Note: Registration will open 30 minutes prior to each session.

Please note that applications are accepted exclusively from corporations. A total of 18 companies can register (3 companies per time slot on each day). Each company may send a maximum of 3 representatives. If alternative dates are needed, attendees can indicate their preferred times on the application form, and arrangements can be made accordingly.

  • - Free of charge (prior registration required)

Applications will be accepted until 5:00 PM on November 10, 2025, or until capacity is reached.

The tour will take place at the ITOKI DESIGN HOUSE, located at:
  • - Address: 2-5-1 Nihonbashi, Chuo City, Tokyo, Japan, 11th floor of the Nihonbashi Takashimaya Mitsui Building.
  • - Accessibility: Direct access from Tokyo Metro Ginza Line and Tozai Line via the Nihonbashi Station (Takashimaya Entrance). It is also a 5-minute walk from Tokyo Station.
