About Nadaman
The history of Nadaman dates back to 1830 when the first-generation chef, Mansuke Nada, founded a restaurant in Osaka that laid the groundwork for the Nadaman we know today. In 1919, the third-generation chef accompanied Saionji Kinmochi as a culinary advisor for the Paris Peace Conference. Notably, in 1986, the official dinner for the Tokyo Summit was held at the Nadaman Honkan. In 2005, Nadaman represented Japanese cuisine at the Aichi Expo.
Spanning over 190 years, from the Edo period to the present Reiwa era, Nadaman has evolved while preserving Japanese culinary traditions. The brand continues to cater to the preferences of modern diners and provides Japanese cuisine to customers worldwide, maintaining its status as a cherished long-standing establishment.
Nadaman's kitchen serves as its bento and delicatessen brand, operating 42 locations primarily in department stores as well as an online delivery service for bento boxes.
With the Aozora-Gozen, Nadaman invites you to savor a unique and delightful travel experience that embraces the spirit of Japan in every bite.
