In a remarkable accolade, Florida Realtors®, the largest professional trade association in the state, has secured its position on Florida's prestigious 'Best Companies To Work For' list for the fifth year in a row. This honor, prominently featured in the August issue of Florida Trend magazine, serves as a testament to the organization’s commitment to fostering an exceptional workplace environment.

The rankings categorized companies into small, medium, and large employers, with Florida Realtors achieving a commendable 32nd place among mid-sized organizations, defined as those with 50 to 249 employees. This recognition is not merely about numbers; it reflects the robust culture and dedication that permeates the entire Florida Realtors® team. According to Margy Grant, CEO of Florida Realtors®, the accolade signifies more than just organizational success; it recognizes the collective effort of employees who contribute their talent and commitment diligently.

“Being acknowledged as one of the 'Best Companies To Work For' in the state for five continuous years is a tremendous honor and a true reflection of the outstanding individuals within Florida Realtors®,” stated Grant. “Our employees demonstrate remarkable talent and dedication, cultivating a shared sense of purpose every day. As an advocate for real estate professionals, Florida Realtors comprises 147 dedicated employees and operates two primary offices located in Orlando and Tallahassee. The association extends its reach to approximately 230,000 members, representing 47 local Realtor boards and organizations. It offers a wide array of programs, services, continuing education, research, and legislative representation, enhancing the overall effectiveness of its members in the dynamic real estate market.

Florida Realtors® 2026 President, Chuck Bonfiglio Jr., who is the broker-owner of AAA Realty Group in Plantation, emphasized the importance of teamwork in achieving this recognition. “This recognition as one of Florida's Best Companies To Work For is a testament to the strength of the team behind Florida Realtors®,” he remarked. “Our employees bring expertise and a real dedication to service in everything they undertake. To be eligible for the 'Best Companies To Work For In Florida' program, participating companies or government entities must employ at least 15 workers within Florida and have been operational for a minimum of one year. Those that opted to participate underwent a comprehensive evaluation of their workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems, and demographic information. Additionally, employee satisfaction surveys were conducted, contributing significantly to the scoring process that determined the final rankings.

The final scores of all participating entities revealed the top companies. The management of the 'Best Companies To Work For In Florida' program is handled by Florida Trend and Workforce Research Group, with endorsement from the HR Florida State Council. The Workforce Research Group was responsible for overseeing the registration, conducting surveys, and analyzing data, ultimately determining the rankings.

Florida Trend magazine, which has a readership exceeding 270,000 business executives, civic figures, and government officials each month, plays a significant role in disseminating regional business news and industry insights. Furthermore, the magazine highlights various aspects of Florida's lifestyle, arts, and cultural scene.
