Our Training Partners have the autonomy to own and operate their own training businesses while facilitating prep courses for leadership certification exams offered by RBLP.

One of the appealing aspects of this role is the flexible scheduling. Exam preparation training sessions are generally held on weekends or weekday evenings, allowing trainers to maintain a full-time job while pursuing this rewarding endeavor. RBLP understands that the success of its organization is intertwined with the success of its Training Partners, and thus, we are committed to providing comprehensive support to all partners in their entrepreneurial journeys.
