Ibaraki Prefecture proudly claims the title of Japan's leading chestnut production area, with
Kasama City at its center. During this seasonal event, visitors flock from both in and out of the prefecture to experience the richness of local chestnuts. The collection will feature a variety of delectable marron sweets from
16 popular confectioneries and cafes based in Ibaraki.
At the Kasama Marron Collection 2025, you can indulge in not only
Mont Blanc, a classic marron dessert, but also an array of traditional Japanese sweets and baked goods, all showcasing the flavors of local chestnuts.
