1. Microsoft 365 Integration with Automatic Attachment Linking
In a bid to enhance secure file sharing while minimizing information leakage risks, the new version incorporates an automatic attachment linking feature that works with Microsoft 365. When users attempt to send an email with attachments using Microsoft Outlook, the files are first uploaded to Microsoft SharePoint automatically. Mail is not sent out right away; instead, once the upload is complete, a download link is inserted into the email body automatically. Users can then click the send button to dispatch the email with the download link securely. This two-step process significantly reduces the risk of mistakenly sending file attachments, making the sharing process clearer. Additionally, links can have their viewing period set, helping to prevent unnecessary sharing with third parties. In cases of accidental sending, system administrators can delete the download link or remove the uploaded folder on Microsoft SharePoint, further preventing data leakage.
2. SAML Authentication for Web Console
Following improvements made in May 2025 to restrict access to the Web Console, the new version now supports SAML authentication for logging into the Web Console. This enhancement allows for single sign-on (SSO) using the internal authentication infrastructure, improving the convenience for administrators while simultaneously bolstering the authentication level to enhance security. 3. Integration with Kaonavi for HR Information
In addition to previous support for Microsoft Entra ID and SmartHR, the latest version now includes integration with Kaonavi. This new feature supports the automatic reflection of HR information, helping to streamline IT operations amid organizational changes or employee information updates.
