From January 14, 2026, the much-anticipated Kamimura Farm Gourmet Festival will commence at all 11 locations across Japan. This festival, a collaboration between Watami Corporation and the Kamichiku Group, promises an exciting culinary journey through the Tokai region, showcasing delicious local specialties from Aichi, Gifu, Mie, and Shizuoka.

Local Specialties and Seasonal Delights


The festival highlights 10 exclusive dishes, each representing the rich flavors of the Tokai area. Guests will have the opportunity to indulge in:

  • - Thick-cut Pork Belly with Kōmi Yokkaichi Tonteki Sauce from Mie Prefecture
  • - Mini Unatori Bowl, a delightful rice bowl topped with eel, from Shizuoka
  • - The beloved Grilled Black Hanpen and Mini Wasabi & Negitoro Bowl, also from Shizuoka
  • - Chirichan, a traditional Gifu dish that is sure to excite the palate
  • - From the vibrant food culture of Aichi, enjoy the signature Nagoya dishes such as Kishimen (flat udon noodles) and the savory Beef Tendon Stew.

For dessert lovers, there’s the indulgent Snowview Daifuku with An Butter, perfect to round out the meal with a sweet touch.
